Hey Joe!
Because od my conditions with my university and the lack of time I am currently in a 4 day split that I have created for myself and in the last day I am doing shoulders and arms and in the picture attached this is the day I am doing. Maybe you would need to see the rest of the program to make a better judgment but my main problem with this day is that because I am trying to cover a lot of muscles the workout is getting very lengthy, do you have any suggestion on how I can adjust or combine the training of arms so I can do supersets or any other adjustemnts? I would appreciate it a lot 🙏🏻
