Hi Joe, I’ve just watched the video regarding the training preparing for a cut. Now I’m not prepping for a show myself but I am in a bulking phase as we speak, I’ve posted pictures already I don’t know if you have seen but I’ll upload again, but I’ve just started your program and Terrances with the P,P,L,P&P,Arms which I’m nearly a week into and I’m enjoying it.
I’m just wondering when it comes to week 12, where will this leave me interns of wanting to have a mini cut weather I follow another training program or stick with the same training program. Also will the weekly check in’s help with my cut? In terms of adjusting my macros etc.
