I’m curious if you have any recommendations for returning to training after a vasectomy. My doctor said wait about a week and “ease” into it. I’d rather listen to someone who may know a bodybuilder who had one done and what they did to get back into the flow of things. From what I’ve read online, I should either wait a couple days or 4 weeks. Obviously, I realize it’s important to listen to my body and not push for new PRs any time soon. If you have any input or suggestions, I’d appreciate the feedback. Thanks.
