    Hi guys

    I was 4 weeks into the PPL workout when I came down with a cold which meant I haven’t trained for just over a week! What is your advice in regards to picking back up on the routine? Do I try & use the same poundages, intensity etc etc or drop weight etc & after the program ends in week 6 do I restart the program from scratch or keep going or try another program to vary things as normally I’d have got bored after week 3 & tried another workout routine
