Hey guys, I hope my topic finds you well.
I plan to continue my bulk 4 more weeks.
I’m currently on Terrence and Joe current program which is amazing and I will make somewhere around 16 weeks on this program.
After that I will switch from bulk to cut.
Which approach is better – to keep my current program, try to make additional progress, until this is possible, and in end to cut volume(as it is on 3d block on Terrence 2021 prep), keep loads relatively high, train short to failure and make adjustments to current requirements of my physique or will be better just to start new program and progress as much as possible?
I plan to do my cut for 3 to 4 mounts and go somewhere around 7-8 % body fat. PEDs are in use.
