There have been a lot of days lately in which I’m too busy to go to the gym and complete my workout there so I end up working out at home. My problem is that my home setup is not as robust as the commercial gym. I usually end up substituting things that I think make sense.
My question is does it matter a whole much or not much at all that some movements change every week depending on which gym I can make it to that day?
