hey Joe, I’ve been dieting for the past 24 weeks and will be bringing calories back to maintenance in about 2 weeks. My training volume is pretty low right now with very little pump sets, mostly focused on meat and potatoes. should I bring up the amount of working sets/ pump work I do as I transition out of a cut? do you have a framework as to how and when to do so? thanks!
