    Hey there!

    So I am currently on the “Come here Cannon Balls” Program. I am still in Phase 1 and my workouts seem to be lasting at around 1 1/2 to sometimes close to 2 hours. Thats with warm ups and the recommended 2 min rest between working sets. Is this lasting longer than it should? Is there an ideal training duration for these programs/ phases?\

    I’ve just started that pal, I normally do a session within 65 mins, and then cardio for 15 mins after

    Nice! I’ll probably start cutting rest periods down a tad ion days I don’t have as long to train. Hopefully can start shooting to about your time range
