I have a question about how I should train under a cut phase. I saw a podcast with JP where he mentions he will not perform high intensity like dropset, rest-pause and so on because you will not get the benefit because the calorie deficent and it will take longer to recover from it.
So he will only perform the 2 set, the top set and the back-off set to maintain muscle tissue.
