    So I’m in need of Info about :
    How should my exercise routine be during a cutting phase where I am trying to lean out. (Loose body fat and retain muscle mass)
    Should I be training and still trying to approach failure with my lifts Or should I just be doing what’s doable and completing mid/high reps?

    Also. How should my nutrition be in a cutting phase? As far as total calories and macros are concerned?
