Hey guys. I ve been running a 12 week cycle (training and anabolics)
Y come off back to trt doses, and after the 12w i feel beated and fatigued
(totally normal after huge progress-acumulation)
I run the entire 12 weeks without any deload, and i am doing now a 2 week deload.
¿What approach you suggest me to have while i m on pct during this deload? Deload on volume or intensity?
People defend to keep pushing hard while on pct, another ones defend that is time to back off on intensity.
My pct is 200mg test e each 4 days and 2ui gh in training days..
