    Hey guys. I ve been running a 12 week cycle (training and anabolics)
    Y come off back to trt doses, and after the 12w i feel beated and fatigued
    (totally normal after huge progress-acumulation)

    I run the entire 12 weeks without any deload, and i am doing now a 2 week deload.

    ¿What approach you suggest me to have while i m on pct during this deload? Deload on volume or intensity?

    People defend to keep pushing hard while on pct, another ones defend that is time to back off on intensity.

    My pct is 200mg test e each 4 days and 2ui gh in training days..

    I know that i m on a pct-trt, but i was telling you that to put you in context.
    So basically i was wonder on how i can periodice my training during this different phases.
    So i m a bit confuse with you final response.
    You would keep volume but back off on intensity in order to hit higher rep ranges? Yo recover your nervous system?
    Give a new stimulus to get prepares for the new cycle?I thought high volume is worst for fatigue than intensity…thanks
