during the week i have no other option but to train at 06:00 am. Is it ok to train fasted (maybe just have some eaas during workout) and have breakfast right after training ? Or would you recommend to definitely force down something before starting training? Thx for all the great advice.
Drink eaas and a carb supplement. You want to have some nutrients in your body to feed your muscles. Most likely your body will eat your muscle for energy. I personally would add creatine too.
