Does training legs 3 or 4 times a week will make my legs even bigger?
I mean like, doing the two workout that written in the “Anti-flamingo” program, but add two more days that are only pump work or only leg curl and leg extension?
Does it really all depends on my recovery and how much volume i can handle?

I think he means on your other days such as the push/pull days or how ever it’s formatted (I haven’t personally done it). And if you have a stationary bike at your gym, joe mentioned that would be good.
