Hi I train 5 days a week but I train my whole body over 4 days this is due to my work schedule and recovery. I don’t feel I have weaker body parts they’re all similar size so I don’t specialise certain body parts over each other. I know everyone reacts differently but what would you say the weekly frequency is good.
I do 5x a week (3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off) and just doing PPL. So it rolls over and in the big picture they all get even amount of stimulus. And I’m in the same boat as u, not weak body parts
