Hey, I want to run the armagedon program and didn’t understand how should I run the split. Should it be P/P/L/A rest and repeat or P/P/L/A/rest for the rest of the week? Also, what would be the best way to gauge recovery? I’ve always trained with high volume and seem to recover fine, my lifts progress frequently and I don’t feel like shit or overtrained. Is it possible that high volume works best for me? I’m scared of switching over to minimum effective volume and regressing.
