Hey Joe and Bryce,
I’d like to hear each of your opinions with regard to training frequency during a typical bodybuilder’s season (off-season vs in prep vs a few weeks out from being on stage). Considering most of your programs are based on a 4 day split, when would you consider it appropriate to increase training frequency? Or are you of the opinion that recovery is the most important factor and therefore, should only manipulate food and output depending on what phase of the season a person is in? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this?
On an unrelated topic, is it possible to swap out exercises in your training programs?
Also, for some reason I can’t locate ‘Trainers Corner’ (among with other tabs) when viewing on my laptop.
