Hi I’m a advanced lifter 8 year experience. My lifts Are:
-Bench 120 kg x3
-Squat 180 kg x 7
-Deadlift 220kg x3
-weighted Pull ups 40×5
My bodyweight is 78 kg with 10% fat with a height of 5”11
I am natural, Idk if Thats makes a big deal with the proteine syntheses
I come from lifting 5-6x times a week. I starter a business and i have currently only time for 3 or maybe 4 times a week in the future But more than that is nog possible with good intensity for the next Years.
I’ve always traint my muscles 2 or 3 times a week. I Dont want to lose Strength or muscle during these Years.
What kind of split would you Guys recommend me based on here?
