I have a torn PCL and was told to stay away from open chain hamstring exercises. I can get away with doing seated curls (although I know that’s not closed chain, I feel I have to do some sort of leg curl for ample hammy gains)

My question is- which is the most effective substitute for lying hamstring curls?

Would it be serving a different purpose than intended in the program to change lying leg curls to a stiff leg deadlift?

I see in one of the demo videos I watched there was a glute ham slider on wheels- perhaps I should just invest in something similar?

Just want to be sure in terms of hitting the muscle where the load is heaviest in different lengthened positions I’m not doing anything redundant.

Thanks! Your time is very much appreciated.
