Hi guys, I have been following the anti flamingo program for the last 5 months or so with the goal of putting on as much lean tissue as possible. I have recently started back at pre season for soccer and have training twice per week and a game on the weekend. Obviously this has an impact on recovery etc. I was wondering what modifications I might need to make in order to account for this. My goal is still the same, to get as jacked as possible.
