    Hi guys, I have been following the anti flamingo program for the last 5 months or so with the goal of putting on as much lean tissue as possible. I have recently started back at pre season for soccer and have training twice per week and a game on the weekend. Obviously this has an impact on recovery etc. I was wondering what modifications I might need to make in order to account for this. My goal is still the same, to get as jacked as possible.     Thanks Bryce, the add even more of a nuance to this I work remotely on a one week on one week off rotation. Obviously I only have soccer training plus games whilst I’m on my week off and whilst I’m away at work I exclusively weight train. My thoughts was to perhaps stick with the leg specialization on my week at work (no soccer training). Then on my week at home go with an upper lower or push pull lower rotation.
