Training on different ranges

    Hey coach

    Would you say that training on all the ranges of the muscle is benefitial instead of focusing more to mid to lengthened ranges?
    If for example someone does 3 exercises for chest would it make sense for the 3d movement to be a fly where the peak tension is in the mid to shortened range instead of being the same as the 2 movements before it. I think it would be kind of redundant to do that
