But the only thing I miss is a program with less chest and more delts and legs, or the possibility to log my training based of your workouts/exercise, or is that already a function and I’ve missed it? If not is that something you could consider? Thanks
The anti flamingo is his leg focused program and at the end of excercises you have the option to add excercises or pump work so I’m sure you could up the frequency on delts along with legs or something like that
Yes, I’ve seen that and the leg workouts in both that program and “butt stuff” is awesome but the upperbody sessions is to much chest and to little delts for me. Is it possible to remove the “basic workouts” from a program?
