Hey guys, running a variation of y’all’s push-pull-lower program with roughly 4 – 5 days in between sessions. On my push day, I have noticed plateauing and degration on my 3rd movement of my workout “Machine overhead press”. I am progressing on my first 2 movements but seem to have nothing left when it comes to my overhead press. Considering moving over to your cannonball shoulder program to split up my pressing days or whatever you recommend. I would also like to note that on my first two sets, I take the sets to absolute crazy failure. And on my last set I go beyond failure with rest pause or burn out. Sometimes both.
