    Hi!

    Just wondering what would your recommendations be if I do kickboxing or MMA as a form of cardio? (I know it’s not optimal cardio if trying to put on as much size as possible but it’s something i enjoy.) Should I avoid doing it after certain training days eg a push day? Or does it not really matter as long as I’m eating enough and recovering enough for my workouts?
