So I’m currently doing week 10 of HC gives you wings. I’m really enjoying it and But I’d like some feedback on something.
So I’ve been training for 5 years. The first few I jumped from program to program, overtrained, and didn’t eat enough mainly not eating enough. So the progress wasn’t great. So I don’t look like I’ve been training for 5 years.
So if I’ve been doing things right for the last year and a half. Would you suggest I stick to the back-focused program or a program that is one like a 5-6 day routine that trains each much with a good amount of volume and training 0-1 reps till failure.
