Do any of you guys were power lifting shoes for leg training ? Or are they a waste of money? Or do I just buy some plimsolls?

I do, weightlifting shoes to be more specific.

Definitely not a waste of money, especially if you lack ankle mobility. But even if you had no issues I would highly recommend trying them. I personally find that rigid and firm sole gives a much more stable platform to squat on compared to some wonky sneakers.

Which one do you use? I am looking at addidas but finding anything in a size ten seems to be a issue

Definitely not a waste of time. Look through Rouge as well for some affordable, pretty quality shoes

I prefer barefoot, with wedges, but it’s not a massive difference. I think you should be able to elevate your heel on quad day, but specifically how is personal preference
