Bit of a long one (sorry) but I was just wondering if you could have a look at my split. It’s very similar to the delt focused program but added in arms as need extra volume there.
Push:
machine press- 2 sets
Pec dec- 3 sets
High incline- 2 sets
DB lateral- 3 sets
Reverse cable fly- 2 sets
Tri ext- 3 sets
Pull:
Supported t bar- 2 sets
Single arm pull down- 3 sets
Snatch grip rdl- 2 sets
DB row- 3 sets
Cable incline curl- 3 sets
Legs:
Hip calf raise 2 sets
Adductor 2 sets
Ham curl 2 sets
Hack squat 2 sets
Seated ham curl 1 set, 1 drop set
Leg press 2 sets
Shoulders and arms:
Reverse pec dec- 3 sets
Cable lateral- 3 sets
Machine shoulder press- 1 set
Swiss bar close press- 3 sets
Hammer curl- 3 sets
Oh tricep ext- 2 sets
Is volume ok? Also, is the number of pressing movements in doing ok?
