    Hi All,
    Can you have a look for my split (way how i split muscle groups)and let me know if that make any sense for you.
    Day1
    Biceps – 2ex 6 sets
    Legs quads – 2ex 6sets
    Chest – 6 sets + every week adding one set
    Shoulders front – 3 sets
    Day2
    Back – 3ex 9 sets plus adding one set every week
    Hamstring, glutes -2ex 8 sets
    Shoulders back – 1ex 3 sets
    Triceps – 1ex 3 sets
    Day3
    Chest – 3ex 9 sets plus adding one set every week
    Quads – 2ex 7 sets
    Bark rear – 1ex 3 sets
    Biceps- 1ex 3 sets
    Day4
    Triceps- 2ex 5sets
    Back – 2ex – 6sets
    Shoulder front – 1 ex – 3 set
    Calves – 2 ex 8 sets
