Hi Joe! just a few questions for you.

I consider myself a pretty advanced lifter and someone that has done a typical bro split for the greater amount of my training time. I’ve tried to deviate into higher frequency / more structured setups but I always tend to go back to my favorite way of 1 body part a day. I personally really like the idea of putting all of my mental focus & energy on one specific body part and just blast it out of the water without having that thought in my mind of “damn I still need to do another body part after this”. I know that it may just be “emotional attachment”, but from a psychological and adherence standpoint, I really benefit from it.

What would you recommend for someone in this situation? Not a competitive bodybuilder but someone that really wants to keep progressing as much as possible on more of a “bro split” type of split.
