How do you change training routine and structure , taking into account menstrual cycle for females . Is it very individual dependent , or are there some general things you follow .
I find in most gyms in my area there are no female trainers , and very very few male trainers are there who take all this into consideration .
I don’t know if you already have put up a video for it , but i think it would be helpful if you can go in depth explaining how and if the routine needs to change depending on different stages of cycle and how to tackle it as a trainer .
