    Hi guys…

    Just a quick question regarding training a set till failure..this is more for legs where the big movements are taxing but for anything..

    When the set is getting to the end where you are gassed…can taking maybe 10 seconds to catch a breath..reset…on those last reps count im terms of it being a quality set that triggers a response in the body…or is that now pushing it to now be almost like a rest pause set…
