Recently i’ve had to switch which what time i work out for the second part of the week for PPL program. I work a blue collar job and have to train after a 10-12 hour shift. The first part of the week i train in the mid day when i don’t have work. I noticed that on the days i have to train after work My big pressing,pulling,and squatting movements stay the same or have micro progressions.However, when i train shoulder or arms i get 3 to 4 reps less then the first part of the week when i train in the morning. I’m thinking it’s from working late and not being able to have caffeine late at night. What are your thoughts? Also, Should I continue with dropsets and not do pumpwork on those late nights?
