I just wanted to get a grasp on something. I see a lot of “influencers” that talk about how they do not train to failure every session and they may only train to failure once a month. I was wondering if I am miss out on gains if I’m training to Failure every session.
I also do the 2.0 PPL but instead of doing 3-4 sets 1-2 rir I do 2 sets of each exercise with a 0 rir ( kinda like how joe and Terrance have their sessions)
