    Iv noticed sometimes training to failure feels very different when doing different sets. E.g on the low incline smith press iv foind that its relatively “easy” going to failure with heavy weight and low reps (6 or 7) but when iv dropped the weight a little bit which made my failure reach around the 11 or 12 rep range iv noticed its a lot more difficult mentally and physically. Curious if this is something other people experience and also if theres any specific difference between the two failure point and the benefits of each one
