Hey!! My programmes normally consist of x amount of reps, sets and exercises. I’m now looking to start a new programme from the app. Is it ok to start the new programme as it is, even if it is 40% less than what I have been doing. I am thinking it is ok to do less work as I am going to focus on perfect reps and also progressively over load from the point of starting the new one. But your thoughts on this are welcome. Cheers in advance. (It’s kind of clear I’ve been doing too much lol)
