Hey Joe,
From the first time i started following your content, you always emphasized that you normally prefer to take a low volume approach within your training and to get the most out of an exercise with the least amount of work/sets.
However, lately i have been going to your older workout vids (which by the way are awesome) and noticed that you are using a higher volume approach with about 4-5 sets for each exercise as per screenshot attached.
Therefore, just wanted to know if there is a particular reason for this or goal you wanted to achieve within this workout, such as to have more caloric output etc..
Would love to have your insight about this.
