    Hi Joe..

been doing a lot of unilateral movements as I feel it’s much better for alignment of joints and just in general better contractions especially with arms and rowing….but my left side is definitely weaker then right when it comes to some movements…im able to hit higher rep failure points with the strong side and obviously less with left…I don’t want to cause imbalances but from a progression stand point right side could go to next weight increase as my left side cant…from a progressive overload standpoint should I focus on weak side and match reps with right side even though they wouldn’t be failure points? I just don’t want to cause weird imbalances as well…would love some insight.

    thank you brother
