Joe, I am pushing into week two after tearing my biceps on my right arm. I have not been able to lift anything with my right arm that had any type of weight… need any guidance if possible.
1) When to start training with my arm again? Now? One month? Three months?
2) Recommended exercises to help mitigate pain while building muscle strength. I’ve implemented very light bands recently.
Any and all tips (even that small one of yours) or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
