Joe, I am pushing into week two after tearing my biceps on my right arm. I have not been able to lift anything with my right arm that had any type of weight… need any guidance if possible.

    Two questions:

    1) When to start training with my arm again? Now? One month? Three months?

    2) Recommended exercises to help mitigate pain while building muscle strength. Iโ€™ve implemented very light bands recently.

Any and all tips (even that small one of yours) or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Best,
    Adam

This is exactly where I started. I really appreciate the additional information too. I feel I was thinking too much about the time frame side of recovery and an โ€œidealโ€ starting point.

Progression through movement while implementing incremental weight and volume. Thank you, Joe ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Btw- Iโ€™ll slay pink weights all day to get back to where I was. No issues with 1 pounders ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿผ Anbolicbeard gains, nuff said…
