I just completed the first week of push pull lower split, it says right away start week 2 but I usually workout 6x a week. Do you recommend to continue week 2 or that you fill in the workout days with extra workouts like chest, delt, leg day Ect?
Alright so I can repeat just week one again if I’m recovered enough? I am new with this method because I’ve learned from past educations that 2x a week Body frequency had always the prevrence over 1x a week. But do understand it correct that you say you want to milk out the progress with once a week every body part and only when necessary add additional workouts/volume?
