Thanks for all this Information. I learned a lot in the last Days. I am trying to recomp ( from ca. 16 % Bodyfat to 12%= Goal). At the Moment and eat on Maintainance.
I was wondering if i could do push,pull, off ,lower, off, push,pull, off , Lower…..
Is it too Much? I am 46 Years old and can only sleep 6 Hours and do about 12000 steps at work.
What do you think? Do I waste my time Training more than 3 times a Week.
