    How can using the trap bar hit the glutes more than quads? I’ve heard about angles of your body changing to more like a rdl and when executed properly can it be better for glutes than rdls? Obviously butt moving back and knees not forward bending and back bent like an rdl but could you give firm explanation and if possible a video showing form?
