    Noticed no direct trap training in the Flamingo program. I want to add some to the pull day to bring my traps up, wondering your opinion on a specific exercise to hit the traps best. Ex DB shrug, barbell shrug, behind back barbell shrug, looking for optimal results and I’m sure u know the best movement pattern to do this. Also should sets and reps be the same as the other exercises in the program? Thanks
