Hi,
What two triceps exercises would you guys recommend to do? And is two exercises enough?
And another question. Can I do two side delt exercises in one session or is it to much?
I’d say the cross cable extension has to be one, I used to have no triceps and honestly they’ve blown up ever since I started doing them. Since they train the long head (biggest) it’s a must have in my opinion
Same as Xavier, plus the JM Press, nothing gets that much torque at the elbow IMO
