    Right now I only do one Tricep isolation exercise in the HC gives you wings program. Then I programmed a shoulder & Tricep day on Saturdays.

    So I do close grip bench press & standing cross cable extensions. I do the cable extensions 2x a week and then the close grip bench press. If I’m training hard enough will my triceps grow. Because I feel as my triceps haven’t gotten any bigger over this period of time.

    Also, are those attachments that he’s using in the video called wrist cuffs?

    What’s the difference in using them vs the cables with no attachment.
