Ive been having trouble for some time now with tricep exercises in which I cant seem to find exercises that I can do 100% pain free each time. Ive tried everything and alignment is perfect, I warm up properly, I’ve tried using heavy loads vs lighter loads and bracing is perfect . Even on my compound movements in which I use my triceps e.g. presses, all of those variables are applied although I get no pain in those movements. Might it be issues with the forearms and forearm strength considering I dont do any direct forearm training and during pull sessions I use straps most of the time?
