Hey coaches. I’m having trouble creating programs since I want to make it like it is in the powerbuilding program where you on each of “the big 3” reduce your the amount of reps by 2. I don’t see how you can do that in the program builder. Any help is appreciated.
In the programs they usually say set 1 6-8 reps. Set two may say 8-12. You don’t have the capacity to set this up in your own custom made programs. The rep schemes for each set are the same.
