Joe – I just had a nice local gym open up in my rural town and currently working from home I have the ability to train twice a day. What would that type of training look like and is there any benefit to doing that? I currently do a modified push/pull 7 day split (train 6 days and 1 day off). I’ve read heavier weight/lower reps in AM and then more metabolic work in the PM but unsure if that’s most effective. Thanks in advance
