I have two questions regarding back work: I see that y’all don’t typically put the traditional lat pulldown machine with the pronated “pull-up” grip in many workout splits, is there a reason for this? I thought that it may be a good exercise for teres work, but is it necessary to have teres work if you already are doing rows and single arm lat pulldowns?
I wouldnt say its necessary, almost all vertical pulls hit teres and lats well, its just a matter of how much they contribute and what you want to epmhasize more.
