So I am a West Point Cadet… So we are fed family-style every day three times and it normally does not nearly get me to the right numbers for at least one or two of either protein, carbs, or fat. I am pretty solid on following a bulk program protein wise but I am lacking in the ability to consume the carbs what options do I have to supplement carbs the right way especially for post-workout and meal 2.
