Unable to cancel subsciption

When clicking the cancellation button and going through the questions, I get the error:

There is some error while cancelling your subscription. Please contact us using the support button in the bottom right corner.

I then try by clicking right side on whatsapp but nothing happens, the QR code seems to be faulty or not working.\

I dont have facebook messenger.

How can I thus cancel my membership?
