Hey, I have scoliosis and been seeing a chiropractor my entire life. I realized I have uneven hips and adjustments don’t do too much benefit. I noticed I feel not grounded when squatting if that makes any sense. I was wondering what your recommendation would be when training legs to feel more stable and “aligned” it is just really annoying because as I became more body aware I’m noticing how uneven they are and can never find a strong and stable base in any type squat and really makes sense to me now why my right quad has always been slightly more developed then the left one. If you have any recommendations I’d really appreciate it thank you!
Thank you so much. I used to squat so much easier Bc I had no idea about squat stances and would just squat where I was comfy. Will def keep up with my activations and unfocker Bc that has actually helped me tremendously so far. Thanks again this was more helpful then u know!
